Welcome to our comprehensive course on pediatric obesity management, designed to equip healthcare professionals with evidence-based knowledge to support children and adolescents living with obesity and their families. This course is grounded in the 2025 Canadian Clinical Practice Guideline for managing pediatric obesity, developed through rigorous methods and meaningful collaboration with families and individuals with lived experiences, healthcare professionals, and researchers.

This course includes five modules and will take approximately 6 hours to complete.
This course has not gone through a formal accreditation process. Upon successful completion, you will receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Obesity Canada.
There are no prerequisites for this course, but we highly recommend completing the Introduction to Pediatric Obesity course prior to starting.
The course is available year-round and can be accessed anytime, making it convenient for busy professionals to learn on their schedule.
